Your Visit

Your visit. Your comfort. Your care.

Not sure what to expect at your first appointment?

Your consultation begins with understanding your concerns and assessing your skin. We'll explain suitable options, what treatment may involve and what happens next.

You'll have time to ask questions and decide whether to proceed. Treatment is not automatic at your first visit.

Four stages

From first visit to follow-up.

  1. 01

    Before your visit

A little preparation can help us make the most of our time together.

    • Write down your questions
    • Note your medications and relevant health information
    • List previous treatments in the area
    • Follow any instructions sent with your appointment
  2. 02

    During your consultation

Your concerns come first. We'll take time to understand your skin, answer questions and discuss appropriate options.

    • Describe the concern and what you would like to change
    • The area is assessed, considering your skin tone, sensitivity, pigmentation history and previous treatment responses
    • Suitability is discussed, including any reason not to proceed
    • Options and alternatives are explained
  3. 03

    Before treatment

You should feel informed and comfortable with the plan before deciding whether to proceed.

    • Realistic expectations and limitations
    • Costs of the proposed plan
    • Preparation and possible side effects
    • Aftercare and follow-up arrangements
  4. 04

    After treatment

Good care continues beyond your appointment, with clear aftercare guidance and appropriate follow-up.

    • Written aftercare instructions
    • Follow-up as set out in your plan
    • A clear way to raise questions or concerns

A consultation does not automatically include treatment. Whether treatment can take place on the same day depends on the service and your assessment.
